Jane Manning

Naturopath & Herbalist, Pilates and Movement Instructor, Business Women of Year Nominee 2016

A qualified Naturopath, Jane is passionate about health and wellbeing. She specializes in Alternative Health Care, Nutrition & Detoxification and movement. She runs regular Pilates, Zumba and Fitsteps classes and has done so for over ten years.

Jane loves gardening, dancing and creating her own natural, health care products. You will often find her exploring the gardens of Kirkton House, identifying plants and herbs for tinctures and concoctions. 

A busy entrepreneuer, mother and wife, she knows the importance of retreating to the country, connecting with nature and creating sacred space for presence and wellbeing. When she's not at Kirkton House, she's in Gloucestshire directing two award winning companies she founded: World Jungle &  Wellbeing Working. All while eating dark chocolate, of course!

Ben Ward

Social Entrepreneur, Community Activist, Health Coach, Yoga & Dance Instructor & Wild about Play

A qualified Yoga Instructor and Dance Fitness Teacher, Ben has over 25 years experience of running workshops and wellbeing programmes, both at an individual and community level. He is passionate about supporting people to find true meaning in their lives and to support people to become more effective at bringing about social change. He believes that personal health, fitness, as well as a greater awareness of the world's problems are essential for us to live meaningful and positive lives and to begin the transformation from an Industrial Growth Society to a Life Sustaining World.

Alongside his wife Jane, he is is co-founder of the non-profit organisation Word Jungle, which has raised over £650,000 for community projects. In his spare time, Ben is a passionate outdoor enthusiast who enjoys wild foraging, mountain biking and outdoor living.
