Your True Nature

Kirkton House is a specialist retreat centre which aims to provide space for people to revitalise their mind, bodies and soul. Surrounded by eight acres of woodlands, ponds, stream and garden it brings residents into a closer relationship with the natural environment and is perfect for those who care about all forms of life on this planet and want to deepen that connection. We offer short stays for individuals, group accommodation and specialist retreats focusing on themes of interbeing, nature connection and mindfulness.  Central to our programmes is the belief that change begins from within and by changing ourselves we change our world. We do not pretend to have the answers, but we are committed to providing a beautiful and affordable space to explore these ideas and to meet with others on this journey. Our programmes are designed to be fun and practical, to help you flourish and tap into your inner vitality as well as develop a greater connection to nature and the issues affecting the planet.
